核酸定量，不只是量出數字，更是在替後續實驗把關。 🔬
在分子生物學實驗中，無論是 PCR、qPCR，還是 NGS，核酸濃度與純度的準確評估，都是影響實驗成敗的重要前提。濃度太高可能抑制反應，太低則可能影響靈敏度，甚至讓後續結果失真。

常見的核酸定量工具，大致可分為 微量分光光度計 與 螢光法儀器。前者操作快速、不需額外試劑，還能同時提供濃度與純度資訊，適合做日常樣品的快速初篩；後者則具有更高靈敏度與特異性，尤其在低濃度樣品、複雜樣本，或 NGS 文庫定量時，更能提供穩定且準確的結果。
