I remember sitting in my room after another “no.”
I had been sharing, following up, and trying to build my business…
But nobody was joining.

When I first started in network marketing, I made a mistake…..

I thought people would join me because of the company.
I kept talking about:
✔️ The products
✔️ The compensation plan
✔️ The big income potential

But you know what? Most people didn’t care.

Here’s what I learned (the hard way):

People don’t join companies. They join PEOPLE.

They join because they feel:
✅ They can trust you
✅ You understand them
✅ You’ll guide them to success

Two people can represent the exact same company, with the exact same products.
Why do some get sign-ups while others struggle?

Because it’s not about what you’re selling…
It’s about who you’re being.

If you want to attract the right people to your business, focus on building:
1️⃣ Trust — Show up consistently with value.
2️⃣ Authenticity — Share your real journey, the wins and struggles.
3️⃣ Leadership — Be the guide, not just the salesperson.
