🌍✨ BEHIND THE SCENES: A Moment before History Was, Made

Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – Moments Before, the Signing of the ZCEA Partnership.

The room was, filled with quiet anticipation. Cameras were being, adjusted. Pens tapped against notepads. Whispers of curiosity floated through the air.

Journalists, media stakeholders, and communication enthusiasts had gathered early at the venue, their eyes fixed on the front table where two seats stood side-by-side—reserved for Dr. Titus Solomon, Director of the Institute of Public Relations Tanzania (IPRT), and Mr. Waheed Muhammad Ibrahim Sanya, Zanzibar Treasury Registrar

Everyone knew they were not just about to witness the signing of a document—they were about to witness the birth of a movement: the Zanzibar Communication Excellence Awards (ZCEA), officially set for July 5, 2025. 🏆
