Every team has to be synchronised. The types of synchronisations is a matter that is better addressed to PMs.

What we achieved is levelling our idiosyncrasies. Meaning: making a schedule as flexible as possible. We do have "owls" that work through the nights and those who are starting with the first sunbeams. Turns out, such a rhythm can be extremely fruitful.
