Lake Tekapo, New Zealand
A small town on the South Island of New Zealand, Lake Tekapo is the least inhabited place among 5 others in the world and had only 558 residents, according to the 2018 census. It is one of the most beautiful places to visit in New Zealand as it displays the most gorgeous shades of blue, green, and purple. Also, if you visit between April and September, you will see the clear nights and the lack of light makes it a great place to visit at night.
