Mini Caramel Apple Pies
Ingredients
For the crust:
2 ready-made pie crusts (or homemade)
1 egg (for egg wash)
For the apple filling:
3 apples, peeled and diced
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
