How do you go about reading the data you generated from your outreach campaigns, spotting the issue, and adjusting to get the best out of your pipeline? Let’s find out.

Outreach Marketing: What should you be looking at to improve lead-to-appointment & appointment-to-sale conversions.

Albus Dumbledore once said:

“Words are, in my not-so-humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic. Capable of both inflicting injury, and remedying it."

And to some extent he is right. Words are a source of magic indeed. If chosen right, you may create outstanding content for your website, blog article, copy of outreach messaging, or cast Riddikulus on some nasty Boggarts.

Since there is no spell that would produce some killer content at a wand’s swing (outside the wizarding world, at least), let’s take a look at the three most important steps to start with when stepping up your blog writing game to have your voice heard.

We all know that personalizing a cold email improves conversions. No one likes to be blasted with some generic message and doing so will ultimately lower conversions, burn domains, and negatively affect deliverability. But researching personalization snippets like a relevant blog, shared connection, or position listed is a time suck and decreases your volume and thus nets new positive response.

Aim first, outreach second. Keep an order.

Take a minute to think of something that you know absolutely everybody likes. What came to mind? Vacations? Well, time off actually stresses some people out more than it relaxes them. Puppies? Some people are afraid of or allergic to dogs. Chocolate? As strange as it might seem, not everybody loves it.

Your business, or target audience, if you like, works the same. Some people will love your product/solutions, and there are ones who not. But it’s a common thing when marketers or business owners claim that EVERYONE is their low hanging fruit at some point.

Consider further questions as a head start:

What’s the industry, company’s size, and titles of your buyer persona? You can’t clog wrong door. Be realistic. Huge accounts may be a tough nut to crack, so try smaller ones.

Any commonalities between accounts?
For instance, in case you sell SMM solutions, the same thing about your target would be low followers/likes numbers. That would mean there is a struggle on their side.

Your Sales cycle? LTV/ARR/MRR?
Believe me or not, but these will help you to plan your pipeline of deals and marketing efforts. Knowing that LTV (i.e. lifetime value) of your client is somewhere between 4-7 mo should help you to start a search for a new one before the one leaves.

It should be a start.

Dear Reader,

With this post, I’d like to grab your attention and let you know what this whole thing is about. But before jumping to that part, I’d like to thank each of you for your support by following Quilqy and for your patience, since you haven't heard back from us in a while!

Everyone Has a Story

And here is ours: we have been working in the US market for almost four years and gained considerable experience in the industry. Each client, each milestone, each f**k-up has transformed our team into a family. And family - into experts OR (A family of experts). And we would like to share our expertise with our audience. That’s it.

Alright. So what will I get, dear author?

Knowledge. Within this community, we will be consistently sharing buzzwords, idioms, and other materials to help you improve language skills.
There will also be a blog/case study once a week to share best practices in outbound and inbound marketing.

So basically, it’s going to be words and cases?

Right. Albus Dumbledore once said:

“Words are, in my not-so-humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic. Capable of both inflicting injury and remedying it.”

And he is right. Words are a source of magic, indeed. Having chosen these correctly, you may sound more professional to win a deal; create outstanding copy; or cast Riddikulus on some nasty Boggarts.

And even though this whole thing will be in English - don’t hesitate to type in a question and either our community or we will help you out!
