National Eating Disorder Awareness Week 🤍

This week, we stand for awareness, education, and breaking the silence surrounding eating disorders. So many people struggle quietly — and it’s time we remind them they are not alone.

In honor of National Eating Disorder Awareness Week, I invite you to join me this Friday, February 28th, by wearing green or blue to show your support for those battling eating disorders and for those in recovery.

Let’s flood social media with love, support, and awareness 💚💙
Post a picture wearing green or blue and tag me using:

Together, we can turn awareness into action and remind every person struggling that their story matters. 🤍

Wearing blue for NEDA Month 💙 even on vacation — because advocacy doesn’t take time off.

For the ones still fighting battles no one sees, for the ones who feel alone in their struggle, and for the ones who aren’t sure recovery is possible yet… it is. I promise. Healing isn’t linear, but it is real.

I’ll always wear blue for you. 💙

Snow day vibe: Rest 🛋️ or Reset ✨

Snow days can be so many things at once.
They can feel cozy… but also heavy.
Peaceful… but also overwhelming when routines change and the world slows down whether you’re ready or not.

Some days, a snow day means giving yourself permission to rest — to soften, to breathe, to stop pushing and let your nervous system settle.
Other days, it’s a chance to reset — to refocus, tidy your space, check in with your heart, and gently realign without pressure.

Both are valid.
Both are part of healing.
And neither means you’re falling behind.

So tell me in the comments ⬇️
Are you choosing REST or RESET today?
And what does that actually look like for you on a snow day? 🤍

Let’s remind each other that however we show up today is enough.

Since starting this page and stepping into pageants, I’ve learned that being myself will always be better than trying to be anyone else. God made me beautifully and wonderfully—and so did He with you. Love who you are and never change yourself to fit someone else’s expectations.

Fact Friday 🤍
For a long time, binge eating was the battle I fought in silence. It wasn’t about food — it was about coping, restriction, shame, and feeling out of control in my own body. These facts aren’t just educational to me… they reflect what I lived through and what so many others are still navigating.

Binge Eating Disorder is real, valid, and the most common eating disorder — yet it’s often dismissed or misunderstood. Healing didn’t come from “trying harder,” it came from support, therapy, and learning to give myself grace.

If you see yourself in this, know this: you are not broken, and recovery is possible. One step, one choice, one day at a time. 💕

Growing up, I was always told I had binge eating disorder — but no one ever explained what that actually meant.
No one gave me examples.
No one showed me the signs.

So for years, I thought what I was experiencing was just a lack of control… or something I should be ashamed of.
I didn’t realize that the guilt, secrecy, emotional eating, and constant promises to “do better tomorrow” were signs of something deeper.

That’s why awareness matters.
When we name the signs, we give people language.
When we share examples, we give people clarity.

If this post helps even one person recognize their own struggle and feel less alone, then sharing my story is worth it.
You deserve understanding.
You deserve support.
And you deserve help — at any stage of your journey.

Talent has become my favorite part of competing—not because it’s perfect, but because it’s me. A year ago, I wouldn’t have had the courage to step on stage… or even post this. Growth looks different on everyone, but this is what mine looks like 🤍
