My 14yo son has run a successful neighborhood business since second grade. He wanted to expand his service line-up for the holiday season and this is the deck he sent me to ask for a $30 loan. He did a SWOT and a marketing funnel analysis. I wish more of the people I’ve worked with would do even a little of this. Then again I’ve emphasized the need for creative briefs and strat plans for as long as he can remember.
