When you create content for your business, are you talking about what you sell or are you talking about what your customers actually care about?
Because there’s a difference.
Good content isn’t about constantly promoting your services. It’s about understanding who you’re trying to reach, speaking directly to the problems they’re dealing with, and using language they actually understand.
Talk to one specific person.
Talk about the problem before the service.
Stop using industry language your customers would never use themselves.
Your content doesn’t need to reach everyone in DFW. It needs to make the right person in Allen or McKinney stop scrolling and think, “They’re talking to me.”
Local business owners, what’s harder for you: knowing what to post or finding the time to actually create it?
