Today is National Relaxation Day!
Although it’s a workday for most, take some time on your lunch break (or when you wind down for the evening) to evaluate your quality of rest AND if you’re being intentional about plugging regular self-care days into your calendar. 📅
Don’t wait until you’re burnt out to treat yourself to an uninterrupted day of sleep, reading or catching up on your favorite movies/TV shows. 📺🍿
Whatever you choose, be consistent with making yourself a priority.
