If an agency was SO GOOD at running ads like they claim to be - shouldn't they put their money where their mouth is and work on a performance-only basis?

No idea why these companies are still paying retainers to marketing agencies. IF these agencies were worth their salt, they should be running ads for free and working on performance. I put my money where my mouth is. No upfront fees. No retainers. I only get paid when you close deals!

I've spoken with hundreds of home service companies. Roofing, HVAC, Window Replacement, Remodeling, Lawn Maintenance, etc.

And I've worked with over 50 of them myself.

The biggest pain point I always see is the ability to produce consistent lead flow and opportunity - even during the slower months.

And this is the pain point I help alleviate. Marketing or 'lead gen' agencies think they solve this problem, but they take upfront fees and monthly commissions that outweigh the benefit they bring to the table.

That's why I work on a performance basis only, so that you only pay me when you actually CLOSE DEALS and bring in revenue. You are never in the red when you work with me. Think about that.

And what do I get out of it? A rev share or commission that would far exceed any monthly retainer. That's why my marketing works. Because I NEED to close deals for my clients in order to make money. Its a win-win and its the future of marketing. Hopefully these know-nothing agencies figure it out soon. But then again... the less competition the better for me 😁
