One of the highlights of our most recent Hawaii trip was dinner with a view at The Homestead in Anahola, Kauai. ❤️ This was our second experience at this wonderful place. The first was a poke class with the freshest fish and now this amazing and beautiful private dinner on their property. The owners Kalen and Sorrel are the kindest, most wonderful hosts. Most of our dinner was made with what they grow on their property or get from friends in the area. If you are in northern Kauai you should definitely check them out!

Best Day Ever. Sailing cruise to do a little snorkeling and exploring on .st.croix with Captain Llewellyn...the legend. 😍 Llewellyn is 80-something years old and took his first trip to Buck Island in 1960. We heard about him before we met him. Besides being an amazing sailor he is known on the island for being an amazing musician. We were lucky enough to be serenaded back at the yacht club. We were his 3rd sail since losing a leg to diabetes. It is clear that nothing will stop this man from his passion! Such a fun day and such a pleasure to meet this crew!

St. Croix was never really on our radar until we got $75 round-trip airfare a couple months ago. 🤩💯 Well it certainly will be in the future. The landscape here is beautiful and reminds me of St Thomas but way less touristy. This was the view from Point Udall on the east end of the island. From there we took a short hike to Isaac Bay where we shared the entire beach with one other person.❤❣ Lots more to explore!

Our New Years Eve candlelight snowshoe was a lovely end to the year. What a beautiful park. We can't wait to explore it more in the future. 2020 was not filled with the types of travels we are used to but if it weren't for this crazy year, we probably wouldn't have invested in our little slice of heaven up north. Looking forward to more adventures near and far in 2021! Cheers! 🥂

Our little cabin on the lake. By far the best decision we made during COVID 🥰 While we expect to turn this little slice of heaven into an AirBnb next year, for now - it’s been a sweet getaway and a needed change of scenery after months of working at home.
