Big news, y’all—the permits are IN and the dirt is flyin’ at the historic Big John’s building in City of Anderson, SC - Local Government !

We’re officially kickin’ off construction with Upstate Pro Contracting to get this old girl ready for those second-story condos and a sweet rooftop terrace.

Hit play to see the fellas knockin' down some old cinderblock, diggin’ deep for our heavy steel footings, and bringin’ in a mountain of gravel to get that foundation rock-solid.

1st look inside our Church St. Big John's renovation project in Downtown Anderson

As you can see, it's completely gutted, and is going to require a tremendous amount of investment, time and effort (including a lot of risk) to bring these long abandoned buildings back to life.

We're ready and excited to get started!

I'm Back! The building where Big John's Diner used to be is getting an extreme historical makeover and it's about time, right?

This Downtown Anderson property consists of 3 separate units (2 facing Main St., and 1 facing Church St.) and each is part of a full historical renovation project that will include residential space upstairs and commercial on the ground level.
