🎨 BEHIND THE SCENES AT PRINTWEAR! 👕

Ever wonder how a multi-color screen-printed shirt is made?

Today we’re taking you behind the scenes to show you REAL screen printing in action!

🖼️ SCREEN SETUP – Each ink color gets its own screen, carefully prepared and lined up.

💛 FIRST COLOR – Yellow ink goes down first!

💙 SECOND COLOR – Blue is added, and the design starts coming to life!

🤎 THIRD COLOR – Dark brown brings in the finishing details!

🔥 HEAT CURED & COMPLETE – The finished shirts travel through our conveyor dryer to properly cure the ink. Then they’re ready to fold and go!

This is REAL screen printing — not just a design heat pressed onto a shirt! Each color is printed separately, layer by layer.

Normal people walking into Bass Pro: “Look at all the cool stuff!”

Us: “WHO FOLDED THAT SHIRT?!” And that one too!

One little fold and Bass Pro Shops becomes a whole different store. 🤣

Screen printers on their day off: still judging T-shirt placement and folding everywhere we go. 😂 Sorry, Bass Pro. We can’t turn it off.
