Hi friends! I’ve been busy, busy, busy these past couple of months!💻✨

Here’s a peek at what I’ve been working on lately: a logo revamp for a new client, a few refreshes for some returning clients, and my very first large-scale print project—a 135-page piece with the University of Illinois.

New client spotlight: Patriot Concrete and Excavating 🚧
I want to give a big shoutout to Sierra and Luke! They’re a new local business and a new client of mine. They came to me with a nearly finished logo and just needed a few refinements, along with business card design and print. Thank you both for your support! Just popping in to say—I haven’t ghosted you, I’ve just been busy 😅

The end of the year kicked off some exciting projects, including:
🎓 Starting work for the University of Illinois, creating PowerPoint presentations and one-page designs
🚛 Designing a custom logo and brand-new truck decals for a local semi driver (pictured below 👇)

As a reminder, I’m still taking on freelance design work, including:
• Logo design
• Business cards
• Flyers & one-pagers
• Social media graphics
• Presentations & branding materials

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT & LIFE UPDATE 🎉

First, I want to give a big shoutout to everyone who has reached out to me lately for freelance projects...from logo designs and business cards to decals and shirts. All those small projects have helped me grow and establish my name, and I appreciate every single one of you!

Now for the BIG news... I’m thrilled to officially announce that I’ve accepted a 7 month freelance contract with the University of Illinois!

Working with the U of I has been a dream of mine since graduating from college, and I feel incredibly grateful and honored for this opportunity. Although it’s temporary, it means a great deal to me.

A huge thank-you goes to my good friend, Jenell, for recommending me — I truly can’t thank you enough.

And lastly, a big thank-you to my amazing partner for supporting me in staying home with our kids while still chasing my passion for design. 💛

Excited to see where this next chapter leads!

Favorite Design of the Week: No You Hang Up 👻📞

Even though it’s the first week of fall, to me that really means one thing—spooky season! 🎃 Since I was a kid, Halloween has always been my favorite holiday and time of year.

Fun fact: Scream was actually the very first scary movie I ever watched—at the age of three! 😅 So this design is a little tribute to my very first spooky movie and a celebration that spooky season has officially begun.
