Here’s the truth most people won’t tell you 👇

There are people with incredible experience, strong skills, and real opportunities around them…

still getting overlooked.

Why?

Being qualified ≠ being clearly understood.

You do not need to explain everything you have ever done.

You need an introduction people can actually repeat.

A clear introduction helps people understand:

– Who you are
– What you do
– Who you help
– What problem you solve
– What opportunities fit you

That’s what makes you easier to refer.

People do not refer confusion.

They refer clarity.

When someone understands what you do, they can connect you to the right rooms, clients, partnerships, internships, speaking opportunities, and conversations.

To start introducing yourself in a way people actually remember, join mini course:

Treating aging design and disability design as separate tracks isn’t smart segmentation...it’s a strategic oversight.

Most companies still split these categories as if they represent different futures.
But the data is clear: your users are aging, and your products need to age with them.

A practical example:
A smart-home brand launches voice controls “for busy parents,” yet the experience doesn’t support hearing-aid connectivity or screen-reader navigation.

Not because these needs are niche, but because they’re increasingly central to how products remain usable over time.

When products don’t evolve with their users, users move on.

Legacy thinking still frames:
Aging = older adults
Disability = exceptions

But the market signals a different direction:
By 2034, seniors will outnumber children.

AI, mobility, and accessibility tools now serve both groups simultaneously.
These aren’t parallel paths anymore...they’re converging.

Designing them separately creates a longevity gap: a product that doesn’t stay relevant as customer needs shift.

What scales moving forward

Design like your product and your user will age.
Because they will.

🚀Convergence isn’t a distant future, it’s a present trajectory.
And the brands building for it now are the ones positioned to lead the next decade.

Your offer probably isn’t broken.
It’s just unplugged.

You’ve built something: a course, a product, a service.
You know it helps people.
But it’s not selling, and now you’re second-guessing everything.

What if the issue isn’t your skill, your strategy, or your value?

What if it’s just this:
You haven’t plugged into the right market yet.

I’ve used this process with founders, funders, and partners across industries, and here’s what I’ve learned:

When I’m in those rooms, I’m not pitching my advising services.
I’m telling a bigger story one they can step into.

I show them the transformation that becomes possible when they align to a $23 trillion power grid being driven by two unstoppable forces:

1. Technology is now woven into every part of daily life.

2. By 2034, seniors will outnumber children in the U.S. for the first time in history.

It’s not about me, it’s about helping them see the market they’re missing.

And that’s exactly what I’ll help you do in this session.

Most people are selling to the same crowd-over and over again.
There’s a $23 trillion market most brands have never even looked at.
Not a niche.
Not a trend.
An entire industry woven into daily life: tech, travel, food, health, education, and more.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about noticing what’s been there all along.

We pulled together a breakdown of the market:

💬 Comment “market” and we’ll DM it to you or link in bio.

Back when Jourdan was in grad school at Loyola University Maryland in 2008, she used to go to tech conferences… and people would look at her confused.

Jourdan was studying to become a Speech-Language Pathologist surrounded by engineers, developers, and startup founders. At the time, everything was siloed. You stayed in your lane. Every industry did its own thing.

Fast forward to now — and it’s a completely different ecosystem.
Technology isn’t a vertical anymore. It overlaps every industry.

-Speech-language pathology intersects with AI
-Aging intersects with accessibility.
-Design influences finance.
-And the disability market? It’s not a niche — it’s a $23 trillion economic force shaping how we build, serve, and scale.

What was once seen as “confusing” is now exactly what’s needed.
-Cross-industry collaboration.
-Community-centered innovation.
-Accessibility as a growth strategy.

This is why Jourdan created The Resource Key. We’ve helped over 300 organizations across different industries lead at the intersections.
To show what happens when we co-create with the community — not just for it.

And to make sure no one gets left out of the future.
We’re not siloed anymore.
We’re in a new era. And it’s beautiful to see.
