A little over a year after rotator cuff surgery and I can feel my strength returning stronger than ever.
The small steps, the rehab, the discipline, and the consistency are finally turning into major gains. Today’s class was ENGAGE, only 4 rounds of kickboxing, but the real challenge was in the stations. They forced unfamiliar muscles to work alongside the ones already conditioned, creating discomfort, adjustment, and growth all at once.
653 calories burned. Challenge accepted.
