Spent the day at Asbury Park Pride and while there's not a ton of vegan options at AP Pride, we definitely made due!

Got there early and hit up for a rainbow lemonade ice pop (and strawberry gelato and a choco taco not pictured), then once we got into Pride fest, we headed straight for the LONG LINE 🎉🎉 at for some hot maple fried oyster mushroom sandwiches and a mango smoothie, then over to for some vegan empanadas.

I have a feeling my toddler will be talking about the parade for weeks. 😂 The majority of the candy in the parade that was handed out was vegan as well! Lots of dum dums, sour patch kids, sour straws, etc.

Anyway, happy Pride 🏳️‍🌈 and be you so fu***ng loud this month and all year round. 🫶🏻
