The Teays Valley Vikings TenPin Booster Club 2nd Annual Putts for Pins MiniGolf Outing is planned for August 24, 2024 at Putt N Play in Grove City. Our organization is looking for businesses who may be interested in sponsoring for this event and wish to support our Teays Valley Vikings Bowling Program through our TenPin Booster Club.

There are many ways that your valued sponsorship and donations can help. Below is a detailed list of the different sponsorship levels we have available for this event. Our goal is to have a prize for multiple accomplishments in the Outing, as well as raise much needed funds for our booster club to support our bowling program.

All money raised goes directly to the Teays Valley Vikings TenPin Booster Club which helps our non-profit organization to support our Teays Valley Bowling Program in any way we can. These costs include annual match and tournament entry fees, implementation of bowling development programs for all age groups, meals and snacks during match and tournament play, and the purchase of new and replacement bowling equipment for our program.

The 300 Club Sponsor $1000+ ● Large Company Logo on all signage for event ● Hole Sponsorship Sign posted on a hole of your choice ● Free foursome admission to the MiniGolf Outing ● Advertising on all of the bowling program websites and social media ● Shoutout at our Thanksgiving Shootout Tournament

Strikes Sponsor $800-999 ● Large Company Logo on all signage for event ● Hole Sponsorship sign on a hole of your choice ● Free foursome admission to the MiniGolf Outing ● Advertising on the bowling program social media ● Shoutout at our Thanksgiving Shootout Tournament

Spares Sponsor $500-799 ● Small Company Logo on all signage for event ● Free admission for two to the MiniGolf Outing Splits Sponsor $200-499 ● Small Company Logo on all signage for event

Hole Sponsor $100 ● Signage at chosen hole (if available) - Great for small businesses, senior announcements, bowling team shout outs and support, event advertising, etc.

Door Prize & Raffle Prize Donations: ● Items/information that can be added to Door Prize bags to be handed out to every golfer ● Items to contribute to our Raffle Table prizes ● These items can include business hats, shirts, cups, bags, flyers / postcards / brochures, samples, coupons/discounts for services, etc.

This week I am going to feature some of our Cross and Red, White, and Blue creations, in honor of Memorial Day coming up. They can be used to hang as decor in your home, or they can be laid on the graves of loved ones. The crosses with flowers are $40, without flowers $35. Prices will be on each post. Loralai Kinzy and I are proud of conquering our first craft show! While we didn't sell as much as we had hoped, it was still a good time and a good experience to figure out what works and what doesn't for our space. What does this mean for you? Stay tuned for sale posts (tomorrow, because we are exhausted) with all of our wreath and scrunchie creations! 👀 We so much appreciate the support of our family who helped make this happen and to all who stopped by our table! Spring Fling Craft Bazaar was great today! 💕

Almost finished with this Watermelon wreath, and I had to get creative with the middle of this Black Eye Susan wreath, so that's in the works (paint is involved, and I want to make sure it's dry before finishing 🤷‍♀️). Trying to make sure we have a good variety to offer at the Spring Fling Craft Bazaar on Saturday 8:30-2:30! If you're local, Loralai Kinzy and Katie Gill would love to see you! Our table will be right outside of the cafeteria at Teays Valley High School.

If you're not local, but like what you see, we do take orders. We will be making all current orders after the craft show, and any new orders after that. I will post what we still have available after the craft show as well. All will be for purchase! I'll be posting more pictures, as we continue to finish up wreaths...we have a lot in process right now! And bowling workouts and open practices just started back up, so we are some busy ladies! 🎳
