SHE FINALLY BEAT HER 😁
We traveled to Keystone today for double features, and after almost two years of trying, Jolene finally got the one she’s been waiting for, a feature win over her big sister ❤️

The cars were far from where we wanted them, but both girls drove hard and found a way to make them work. During intermission, we took some pretty big swings at all of the cars hoping to give the girls something better for round two.

And that Sr. Animal feature was the race of the day for us. Jolene worked her way from P7 to the lead, but Carlyn was coming from P4 and eventually got right to her bumper. Coming to the checkered flag, they were almost side by side across the line but this time, little sister got her!
She’s been working toward this one and waiting for it for almost two years. Carlyn certainly wasn’t going to give it to her, either Jolene had to earn every bit of it to race her car into victory lane 🏁
Pretty cool moment as a parent to watch your two girls battle each other for a win and come across the finish line together ❤️
