1) Put time in to your Product Strategy.
Create a clear picture in your head of what you want to achieve, and how you are going to achieve it. Use the 5 W's - Who, What, When, Where, and Why.
2) Be as consistent as possible.
Consistency is vital in creating a trusting bond between you and your customers, and helping them to get to know your brand better. Don't expect your customers to convert if you're not consistent with your messeging. It's that critical.
3) Collaborate with others, often.
New people means new ideas, new strategies, and improved results. Knowledge is power, and you can't teach yourself what you already know, so go collaborate with someone!
