I don't talk about my personal life much. But I have to say this.

What a group of men.

This was my wedding day in Guatemala, one of the happiest days of my life.

Doctors. Dentists. Professors. Marketing directors. Solar leaders. Adventurers. Builders. Men who have built something real.

And they will make fun of you until you have no choice but to toughen up and level up. That's the kind of love that actually builds you.

But beyond the laughs, these are men who raise the bar just by being in the room. You can't stay small around people like this. You won't let yourself.

I genuinely believe your friend group and your family are two of the most important business decisions you will ever make. Not because of what they can do for you. But because of who they make you become.

If you are building something, look left and look right.

Are the people next to you making you better?

I got lucky. These ones do.

Tag someone in your corner who makes you better just by existing.

Most business owners only reach out when they want something.
That is why outreach feels fake.

But real outreach is not begging. It is not pitching.

It is not sending a long message to a stranger asking for a sale.
Real outreach is opening a door.

Send a message to people you admire.
Tell them what you respect.

Ask a real question. Start a real conversation.

That one message can change your whole network.

I have connected with NFL athletes, CEOs, and people way ahead of me by doing one simple thing:
I reached out first.
No fancy script. No weird pitch.

Just respect, intent, and a reason to talk.

Most people never do this because they think:
“They will not reply.”
“They are too busy.”
“I am not big enough yet.”

But that thinking keeps you stuck around the same people, the same ideas, and the same level.

Business grows when your network grows.

New conversations bring new ideas.

New ideas bring new chances.

New chances bring new money, rooms, and relationships.
Do not wait until you “make it” to connect with bigger people.
Connecting with bigger people is part of how you make it.

So today, send the message.
Not to sell.
To connect.
Not to take.
To learn.

Not to look important.
To build real relationships.

One message can turn into a call.
One call can turn into a deal.
One deal can change the path of your business.
Your next level might be one conversation away.

If you do not know your numbers, you do not know your business.
You are just guessing.

A lot of business owners say things like:
“My ads are not working.”
“My content is not bringing leads.”
“People are watching, but nobody is buying.”

But when you ask them the real questions, they do not know the answers.
What is your conversion rate?
How much does it cost you to get one customer?
Who is seeing your content?
What posts bring the right people in?
What posts bring likes but no money?

If you do not know that, you cannot fix the problem.

You can only post more and hope.

Your conversion rate tells you how well attention turns into action.

Your customer acquisition cost tells you how much you pay to get a new customer.

Your audience data tells you who is actually watching, clicking, and buying.

These numbers matter because they show you what to adjust.

If people watch but do not click, your call to action may be weak.
If people click but do not book, your offer may not feel strong enough.

If the wrong people engage, your message is attracting the wrong crowd.
If leads cost too much, your ad, offer, or follow-up needs work.
This is how you stop guessing.

You look at the numbers.
You find the leak.
You fix one thing at a time.

That is real marketing.
Not just posting.
Not just boosting.

Not just hoping the next reel goes viral.
Because views do not mean growth.
Clicks do not mean cash.
Likes do not mean customers.

The business owner who knows their numbers wins.
Because they know what to keep, what to cut, and what to change.

If you want better results, stop asking, “Why is this not working?”
Start asking, “Where is the drop-off?”
That answer will show you what to fix next.

I paid $3,000 for this advice.
Worth every penny.
These are real photos of me being coached directly by Sawyer Hartman. 1.9 million YouTube subscribers. Creator turned business coach. The real deal.

Here's what he told me: Build your whole sales funnel first. Then find where it's leaking. Get one major task completed per day until the system is running.

Think of it like buckets.
Top bucket = people who see your ad.
Pour it into the next = people who click.
Pour that into the next = people who book a call.
Last bucket = people who say yes.

Watch where the most water falls out of your bucket.

THAT is where you fix your business. That is how you spend less to get more customers.
Most Atlanta businesses never do this. They guess. They waste money. They wonder why it's not working.

Stop guessing. Start tracking.
Tag a business owner in Atlanta who needs to hear this.

ATLANTA business owners do not have a content problem.

They have a system problem.

You wait until you “feel creative.” (You never do...)

Then you get busy. Then you stop posting.

Then you wonder why people forgot about you.

Content is not about posting random tips.

It is about staying visible until people are ready to buy WHILE you run traffic to your page via ads.

Here is how to make it simple:
1. Write down 10 questions your customers ask all the time.
Each question is a post.

2. Turn every job, call, win, and mistake into content.
Your business is already giving you ideas. You just are not catching them.

3. Use the same ideas in different ways.
One idea can be a reel, caption, story, carousel, and email.

4. Stop trying to sound smart.
Say it how your customer would say it.
Clear beats clever.

5. Batch before you need it.
Record 5 short videos in one day.
Now you are not rushing every morning.

The goal is not to go viral. The goal is to be trusted.

Because when people see you teach, show proof, and talk about their problems over and over…

they start seeing you as the obvious choice.

That is how content turns into customers.

Not by posting more. By posting with a plan.

Here’s how I would make $10,000 for your business in 30 days.

Atlanta service business owners, your ads are not failing because people do not need what you sell.

They are failing because people do not trust you fast enough.

You are getting views, but not booked jobs.

You are spending money, but still guessing.

You are getting clicks, but not enough calls.

That means your ad is missing the trust path.

A good Meta ad needs 6 things:
Brand authority: Show your name, face, team, truck, and city. Look local. Look real.

A strong hook: Call out the exact person. “Atlanta homeowners” beats “Need help?”

Real creative: Use real photos of your work. Stock photos kill trust.

A clear promise: Do not just say what you do. Say what pain you remove.
Bad: “We offer inspections.”
Better: “Find the damage before it turns into a $20,000 problem.”

Proof: Show reviews, before and afters, results, and happy customers.

One easy next step: One offer. One button. One reason to act now.

Most ads try to look good.

The best ads make people feel safe enough to click.

That is how you turn attention into leads.

And leads into revenue.

Not likes.
Booked jobs.

You don't have a lead problem. You have a trust problem.

Getting someone to buy isn't about reaching more people. It's about making the right people trust you enough to act. And you can't outreach your way to trust. One piece of content that speaks directly to your viewer, that makes them feel like you get their situation, is worth more than 500 cold messages.

I've seen it happen. This isn't theory.

That's the whole game. Build content that makes your ideal client feel understood. Do that consistently and you won't be chasing leads. They'll come to you already sold on who you are.

Stop measuring success by how many DMs you send. Start measuring it by how many people watch your content and think "this person gets it."

That's when the phone starts ringing.

One of my favorite things to do when running your ads is swap out the hooks.

The hook is the only thing standing between you and someone scrolling past in 3 seconds.

If you have 4000 impressions and no watch time, you don't have an ad problem. You have a hook problem. Nobody is getting past the first second.

So here's what we do. Take one ad. Write 3 different hooks. Now you have 9 ads. One of them will pop. Not because we got lucky but because when your copywriting is solid and your offer is real, the right hook is just the thing that gets people into it.

Most people make one ad, run it, and wonder why it died. Test the entry points. The ad itself might be fine.

05/06/2026

If your ads aren't printing money, stop spending.

Most people don't have an ads problem. They have an offer problem. And the scariest part? Most agencies will never touch your offer — they'll tweak your targeting, mess with your budget, run A/B tests on button colors, and bill you every month while your conversion rate stays flat.

The offer is everything. How you present it, how fast it hits, whether someone watching feels like you're talking directly to them — that's what moves people.

That's why we use video. Nothing else comes close for click-through. You can make someone feel a pain point in 3 seconds on camera that a static image couldn't land in 30. Video builds connection.

Connection builds trust. Trust is what actually converts.

Fix the offer. Fix how you present it. Then put spend behind it.

Everything else is just noise.
