Women represent nearly 80% of the health care workforce, but leadership, pay, and recognition still don't always reflect that reality.
On International Women's Day, I'm thinking about every woman who shows up to do this work — from the bedside to the boardroom — building trust with every patient, every community, and every mission they serve. 🌸
That matters today and every other day of the year.
