has fixed their error 🙌🏽 This means that you CAN fix an email, SMS or social media flop! Just because you got it wrong the first time around doesn’t mean it’s all over for your brand. Dust yourself off, regroup, apologize with your head held high and try again. At the end of the day, companies are run by HUMANS, not robots (sometimes we put the robots to work for us 😉). Brands will make mistakes, but will they do what it takes to rebound?

Triple check your emails, SMS messages, notifications and anything else you’re sending out on behalf of your company. Yes, social media posts DEFINITELY count 👌🏽This is how you maintain credibility as a legitimate business that can be taken seriously, and one that’s worth people spending their hard-earned cash with.

If you’re a real estate agent wanting to build your brand (especially in Atlanta), this is the perfect example of a topic that you can show your subject matter expertise.

Consider these options:

💻 Write an informative blog post analyzing the rental rates in your area

📝 Partner with a blogger as a guest blogger writing on this subject

⚾️ Pitch yourself to local media outlets as a subject matter expert ready to give commentary on this topic

🛜 Create a video for your YouTube channel on this topic

The point is to take advantage of the big news of the week. Offer your expertise in some way, so that even if you aren’t selected to talk about it with a news outlet, you’ve created some owned media that reminds your audience that you are knowledgeable and relevant.
