What separates a $100,000/yr business from a $1,000,000/yr business?

Systems.

As a business owner, At some point in time, you hit a block where you can no longer put MORE time into your business to increase your businesses revenue. And thats it... your business is capped.

You're working excruciatingly long hours, & you have just realized that SOMETHING has to change in your business or you are going to go absolutely insane.

You started your own business because you want to achieve time freedom. You said you wanted to spend more time doing the things you love like traveling, spending time with your Family/Friends, or just outright having the ability to do WHATEVER you want, whenever you want.

But the question is, is your business first?

If you're a personal trainer... is your business first in mind for the people around you?

If you're a realtor... are you the first name that comes up when someone decides they want to buy, sell, or invest in Real Estate?

Its unfortunate actually... so many business owners live their life without actually being able to achieve ALL of their goals. Without being able to have the impact on the world that they want, without being able to make the income they want, and without being able to just outright live the lifestyle they want. So many business owners become business owners with the dreams of being able to live life on their own terms, make a larger impact, and to help their community... but they never really get the chance to achieve all of those dreams.

Why is that though?

Because they don't want it bad enough? - Maybe...

Because they aren't working hard enough? - That's possible...

Or is it because they don't know what they NEED TO CHANGE in order to obtain those goals? - Most Likely.

This is the story about how I joined the #1 Real Estate team in the nation... and why I knew I HAD to leave.

This episode is about the pursuit of happiness. I went from being an agent with Mark Spain Real Estate, the #1 real estate team in the United States, to leaving and starting my own marketing business... without even knowing the first thing about marketing. All I knew is that I wanted to have the ability to change someone else's life... and I wanted to do that by helping them get more business.

If you just listen to this podcast, hopefully it will give you the encouragement to take risks in the pursuit of whatever it is that means the most to you. There will be hard times, there will be self doubt, and there will be times you want to curl up in a ball and hide in the corner. But at the end of the day, pressure either breaks you, or it molds you into a diamond. Its your choice which one you will become.
