The Burmeister Group isn’t a big agency, and we like it that way. Almost everyone in the group has spent years as a department head at one of the biggest Atlanta advertising agencies. But today, we have a different goal - to create success stories for small to mid-size companies whose budgets might be chewed up by big-agency overhead. And while women make 75% of consumer decisions, surprisingly, only 3% of creative directors are female.
