Believe it or not, fall is just around the corner. Our days of sandals and flip flops are numbered, and it's time to start thinking about footwear for the coming season.

It's fall! Time for long pants, sweaters, scarves, and fall colors. Fall is also time to purge summer clothes before you put them away. Here are a few tips...purge if...it has moth holes (or any holes!), it is stretched out of shape, pilling, faded or stained. Then if you are feeling good and want to purge more, go ahead and get rid of everything that doesn't fit. Put music on, grab a glass of wine (?) and purge!

This fall is all about jewel tones with an emphasis on Blues. Grab a blue scarf, handbag or a new pair of shoes so you start the season "on trend".

Wow, spring is here! It is time to clear out your winter clothes and bring in the spring. This is a great time to w**d out some of your winter clothes and pass them along to someone who wants or needs them. Rules I live by: 1) if it stained, ripped, pilled or faded - get rid of it! 2) if it doesn't fit properly and doesn't flatter you - get rid of it 3) if you haven't worn it for two winter seasons and it costs less than $100 - get rid of it. Have fun organizing your spring clothes and get ready to shop for some new pieces!

With the raining coming our way today, I am thinking "rain coat". Upcycled is the new "couture" and this rain coat is a great example of creativity...i want to rock this coat!

Coconut oil...this is oen of my favorite items in my kitchen, it sits on my counter. I eat is for thyroid function, blood sugar balance and to help absorb my vitamins. Externally i use it on my face, hair and skin - put it on your face at night and see how soft your face is in the morning. Image is the whole package, inside and out so if you don't already use coconut oil, buy some and try it.

Great way to jazz up your t-shirt and jeans outfit...a big necklace that makes a statement! Stella & Dot have great ones as well as all the great boutiques and art fairs we have throughout ATL! Start putting together some fabulous combinations.
