So what is Amazon's brick & mortar strategy? They recently announced they are closing all of their pop up locations. Does this mean they are done with stores?

Check out this article from Forbes, which includes my opinion on this subject.

While Amazon's decision to close down its pop-up and store-within-a-store locations may look like management is having second thoughts about brick-and-mortar retail, the move is more akin to a warlord recalling his scouts in preparation for a full frontal assault.
