The company structure utilized for operational and legality purposes is governed as a LLC, Limited Liability Company. This will assist in a concise, sustainable structure that will be assessable and manageable in terms of operation by investors and associates. The entity consists of two scopes of services that will serve the entertainment industry with assistance from as

sociated third parties internally and externally in the industry. The events produced will range from shows, productions, competitions, and any/all contracted work. These events will be highly concentrated with customer experience and service in perspective. Each event should be a favorable memory per production. The talent development scope of the entity brings in a direct relation to visual entertainment. The LLC will focus on offering opportunities for the individual that seeks an opportunity to establish themselves in the professional entertainment industry through performing, cultivating the skills needed in the entertainment industry, and still being able to assess a normal work life.
