We went out to tell a story about a golf course.

We weren’t ready for what this family gave us.

Uncle Henry’s Backyard just opened in Oconomowoc — and before a single paying customer teed up, they gave away 7 days of green fees to 7 nonprofits in this community.

Around $100,000 raised. Seven straight days of perfect weather in Wisconsin.

You can call that luck if you want.

Because that’s who they are. That’s who he raised them to be.

There were tears in that room. We’re not going to pretend otherwise.
