I know my special purpose, figured out what makes my business different, I have a good idea as to who my audience is, and I mostly know what my customers' intent is with my products & solutions...WooHoo!!!

Time for me to start communicating with them so that I can create a feedback loop. Seems pretty easy.

Wait...how do I do this? What communications medium is best? When is it best to do this?

Let's break it down over the next few days...one by one!

Cheers.

So I know what my special purpose is! Now what?

I challenge myself with the following tough Qs!

>What is my differentiator? What makes me different than the others (my competitors)?

>Who is my TAM (Total Addressable Market) - Hint...this info is right under my nose (in my CRM) and is easily accessible by segmenting out my current, and past, customers who do business with me.

>When does/did my customers need/want my products & solutions?

Keep the ball rolling with gathering the info that is already at your fingertips.

Happy harvesting!

Picking back up from last week...Getting back on course and staying on course:

NEVER FORGET WHY YOU STARTED!

1.) Identifying and leaning in on my purpose to be in business
2.) Making a firm decision to take action to pursue my calling by setting goals for myself
3.) Constantly reviewing, and revising, and blending both 1 & 2, from above, into one simplified reason of why I am taking this journey

When I want to reassure myself of my purpose/WHY, and USP (Unique Selling Proposition), I re-review my original tenets:

>>Why would someone buy from me?

03/11/2023

I think Dean Martin, RIP, summed it up best with his tune "Ain't a that a Kick in the Head"

When getting off course, like we all do (we're all human and life gets in the way), I remind myself WHY I started Relativity Marketing years ago.

What helps me...

1.) Writing, rewriting, and honing in on my goals
2.) Reviewing old notes, notebooks, scribbled on napkins, whiteboards, cloud services (dropbox, apple notes, evernote, etc.) that I've been notating on for years as I was realizing that I had to take action. A bigger force was pulling me to take action and begin
3.) Constantly blending 1 & 2 as consumer behavior changes, technology shifts and our world changes. Gotta keep up.

Using these methods along with diving into my CRM (with current info right under my nose) helps me to continually define my WHY.

It really helps me and perhaps this might also help you.

Off to go listen to some Dino...

Cheers!

Been out of pocket for a little while (about a year...yikes) helping with some family things, which are the most important things. That was our WHY during this last season.

We are all fortunate to to have the chance to reset, and start again...as it begins with your mindset, which is controlled by you!

With that in mind, what is your WHY?

>WHY did you start your business?
>WHY did you pick to do the thing that your business does/provides?
>WHY aren't you operating with the same passion as you did when you first got started?

Over the next week, we will give you simple daily steps to help you refocus your company's marketing objective, and help you get back to your WHY!

All the best!
