Is your organization truly ready for AI or just ready to talk about it?
The gap between AI enthusiasm and AI ex*****on comes down to one thing: Readiness

We built the AI Readiness Assessment to help organizations move from conversation to confident action.

Designed for HR, IT & Finance Leaders, Technology Vendors, Investors, and Consultants, the assessment helps you:

✅ Reduce risk in how AI is deployed across your enterprise

✅ Increase ROI by identifying where AI delivers the greatest value

✅ Build confidence in AI use across talent, performance, and workforce planning

Whether you're evaluating your own organization or advising clients, this assessment gives you a clear, data-informed picture of where you stand and what to do next.

The average employee works between 60,000 and 100,000 hours over a lifetime — second only to time spent sleeping.

That number should reframe how organizations think about Benefits.

The labor market remains tight for specialized roles. Forward-looking organizations understand that Benefits isn't a compliance function or a cost center to be managed down. It's one of the most direct signals an organization sends about whether employees' contributions actually matter — and one of the most powerful tools for retaining the people who are hardest to replace.

Our data shows rising Benefits costs remain a real concern, especially for SMB and Mid-Market employers. But organizations that respond by cutting Benefits investment are often cutting the very thread that holds the employee relationship together.

The better question isn't "how do we control Benefits costs?" It's "how do we make our Benefits experience a competitive advantage?"

That framing changes vendor selection. It changes how enrollment is communicated. It changes what success looks like.

Next week, we shift to the other side of this story — what happens when the right technology gets implemented, but organizations don't invest in actually helping people use it.

Twelve years of showing up, staying the course, and helping build something bigger than any one of us.

Our 12-year distributors didn't just join us — they helped create us. They were here before the milestones, before the growth, before the recognition.

They believed in what we were building when it was still becoming.
That kind of partnership has depth. It has trust. It has history.

📌 What does burnout actually feel like when you love what you do?

➡️ In this episode of The Pivot Effect, hosts Teri Zipper and Susan Richards sit down with guest Amy Gerhartz, Founder & Lead Coach of A Higher Way Of Living, to talk through what it actually looks like to leave a career you built from scratch and why the hardest part of starting over is often convincing yourself you belong in the new space.

From touring burnout and imposter syndrome in a second career, to giving up her apartment to hit the road indefinitely, Amy makes a clear case for building a life on your own terms without waiting until it all makes sense.

29 years ago, the founders of this research believed the HR community deserved better data.

That belief is still driving us.

AI has become a standard talking point across HR technology.

In Benefits Administration, the reality is more measured — and that's probably the right call.

Just 5% of organizations currently use embedded AI in Benefits Administration, one of the lowest adoption levels across all HR functions in our 2025–2026 HR Systems Survey.

Most vendors are still focused on foundational automation and data accuracy before scaling AI further.

That caution makes sense. Benefits decisions directly affect employee health, finances, and family wellbeing. The stakes for getting it wrong are different here than in content generation or job description drafting.

The organizations moving thoughtfully in this space are applying AI where it adds clear, verifiable value — personalized plan recommendations, compliance monitoring, predictive insights for plan design, enrollment automation. And they're building governance frameworks that ensure accountability at every layer.

The promise is real. More personalized experiences, proactive compliance management, better workforce insights. But the organizations that will benefit most from AI in Benefits aren't the ones moving fastest. They're the ones moving with the most intention.
