The Karate Marketing Secrets team is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Head of Operations, with a proven track record working with high-growth Digital Marketing Agencies. The Head of Operations is responsible for optimizing the team’s day-to-day ex*****on across the business. They design and implement company infrastructure & processes to boost productivity & efficiency, while reducing friction and mitigating/preventing day-to-day fires.

The Head of Operations’ goal is to make the company operate as smoothly and efficiently as possible. The Head of Operations leads major company initiatives / projects, and holds the team accountable to completing them. The application code word is EMPOWER. The Head of Operations is a highly skilled strategic thinker. They anticipate and solve problems in a self-directed way. They empower and build a team around them to move fast while maintaining culture & quality.

This role will lead Karate Marketing Secrets through a chapter of rapid growth and transition. The Head of Ops will be a key leader in navigating the business & team through this chapter in close collaboration with the CEO.

We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our team to help us run our client’s ads where we spend around $200,000+ per month across all our campaigns. (Bonus points if you’re well versed in Google ads as we will be offering this soon!)

𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒
-Create ad campaigns on Facebook Ads manager and write copy for our clients. You will have a creative specialist assist you in the creation of graphics & videos.

-Create weekly strategies that consider previous results, iterates on what works, and moves away from what doesn’t.

-Manage client ad accounts and perform daily optimizations. Keep all accounts within KPIs (Cost Per Lead & Cost Per Appointment)
Communicate with the client as needed.

-Stay on top of the latest trends in Facebook Ads and Digital Marketing.

-Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.

-Work within our office hours from 9 AM - 5 PM EST
