Sometimes we have to step outside of ourselves and share our silent struggles. I've been working on this project for a while and I'm officially releasing it today. Through a series of diet changes, product swaps, and lifestyle changes I have officially rid my face – and life – of acne - and you can do it too! Living with severe acne can be stressful and even lead to depression. So, I've penned an Ebook that I hope you'll find both beneficial and freeing (link in bio). Do not postpone your life due to problem skin. I made that mistake and watched countless days and months pass me by without living my best life.
