Family maintenance

I put it off for years, now I suffer.

All right so as a man I was taught growing up that you do what you do and you don't b**** about it. Now that I'm 40 I did my time in the military I did 10 years climbing cell towers risking my life and doing lots of fun and enjoyable things. Now my body's fighting back and I get to start seeing doctors and taking medication and being purposeful with the things that I'm doing....

Technology or classical?

So today I realized I've been fighting on moving some of my journaling ideas into my day-to-day technological items. It's been a real issue because the debate has dated and startled how I'm doing how I feel. This moves me into the do I use technology to do these things because I have it on me at all times and I'm not going to leave it somewhere like I do with my journals and my backpack or do I force myself to remain classical and carry a journal and not have the ability to be hacked but hell somebody wants to read it I'm publishing it every day so follow along subscribe have a good day

Start by taking care of yourself.

So in today's world we get stuck in societal pressures and the idea that we have to maintain or keep up with the Joneses as we say. The reality is this takes away from our idea of taking care of yourself and maintaining our own mental and physical health. The idea is one that we continuously year after year put into place and then after a period of Time Life in the distractions of life just take away from the idea and we end up pulling back and failing or scaling back harder main goals....

New school year additional schedule

This year as we move into the beginning of August and school starting to kick off we have additional schedules we have to add as parents. These additions include extracurriculars doctors time off as well as just kids getting sick for being around 900 other kids.
