Some social media advice I hear sometimes actually scares me bc HUH 😂

Especially the idea that you need to be glued to your phone every day just to maintain your business page. You can have a strategy, content calendar + scheduled posts AND still leave room for spontaneous content.

That’s literally the point of having a social media manager. We take the “what should I post today?” off your plate so you can focus on actually running your business.

Save this if you’ve been overthinking your content and send this to the business owner who needs to hear it. 👀

Lately I fear I’ve been stuck in survival mode. The last few weeks have been so busy, but so challenging.

I have a decency to put a lot of pressure on myself and my career bc of how bad I want to succeed. That sometimes can lead me to put myself in a pit of isolation which I KNOW I am not made for.

Being the extroverted soul I am, I know that the ways I pour into my craft can be heavily based on the emotions I may be feeling in the current state of time. I try to separate the two for at the end of the day there is always work to be done. There’s nothing wrong with taking breaks and giving yourself grace, but just remember the reflection of you work and effort can be separated from your feelings.

Don’t let the moods of life distract or take you away from those goals of that dream. Keep going and keep pushing. Let the feeling motivate you and do the hard things! 🤍

As a social media manager, I definitely think AI is taking away from pure creativity, but it can also be used as a helpful asset and tool when working in the marketing field!

I do think there is a big difference between being a true creative and being a so-called AI artist/creative.

Creativity should challenge you and allow you to push your limits to showcase the things that you’re truly capable of doing. Whether that be through social media, graphics, editing, design or advertising; creative marketing paves such a way for creators to express themselves.
