Where it all began... In 2012 I was crushing my bodybuilding goals getting bigger and stronger than I ever was.

That was halted by debilitating muscle spasms in 2013 that prevented me from doing any type of strenuous physical movements.

Unable to live the thriving life of an athlete Ive always lived sent me down a negative internal mindset leading to depression.

I hadn't taken the time and discipline to care properly for health. Believe It or not, being big, strong and ripped does NOT necessarily equal healthy.

Aesthetic Appearance vs Thriving from the inside out.

I discovered Juicing through watching Joe Cross in the documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.

I decided to try this "juice fasting thing" and bought a used Jack Lallanne Juicer off craigslist for $50.

After 3 and 7 day fasts proved to be very effective in reducing the symptoms I was experiencing, I completed a 21 day juice fast in January 2014.

This completely transformed by health from the inside out!
Mentally, Physically, and spiritually I became to different person now able to thrive in life!

Now I share that with You to help our community achieve the same thriving health through juice fasting, plant based smoothies and food and daily movement.

Thats the Famous Juice Story.
