Being assertive, outspoken, expressive and direct can be uncomfortable for the one who learned to be ‘good’ to others but not to herself.
As a woman you’re meant to inhabit the fullness of who you are but most got sold a version of branding where they need to polish and appear ‘____’
- whatever that story is 🫠
The ‘good girl’ conditioning thrives in teaching women to follow others instead of connecting with her truth.
When I want to connect with a truer version of myself, I go to my ‘bad girl’ (a.k.a. the one that inhabits her body)
I call her the bad girl because she leads me to express from my essence vs what people want of me.
In fact, she’s not honest while the ‘good girl’ thrives in manipulating others and victimizing herself for not getting away with it.
An example of that is our economy, one that loves creating complexity where there is not and makes selling themselves as a hero… that is no longer working because the veil is lifting baby!
Playing a good ‘bad girl’ song and shaking your 🍑 to it will reveal what searching outside of yourself will never take you.
If you’re ready for the journey of Embodied Branding stay tuned honey! 💅 👀
