Do you struggle to delegate? You can't grow if you can't scale! Fix it with these tips:

Have fear of losing control? Add more structure
If you fear that tasks won't meet your expectations, here's a solution: Clearly define tasks and expectations. Get clear on what needs to be done and communicate what you want to achieve, instructions, deadlines, and necessary requirements.

Don't trust deliverable quality? Build and test little by little
Hesitation to delegate often comes from a lack of confidence in your team members' abilities or reliability. Overcome this by starting small and gradually adding more. Start with smaller assignments and increase complexity as they prove their capabilities. Build trust in their skills while minimizing risk.

Don't have the time to onboard? Foster more learning on the go
You may feel it's faster to handle tasks yourself... but you're shooting yourself in the foot. Offer training via shadow calls and screencast working sessions. Invest in growth early to enhance your team's ability to handle tasks. Establish regular check-ins for progress tracking, addressing challenges, and providing feedback.

Is your company gender-biased? Even if there are more women than men, gender bias can still exist. Here are some of the most common and subtle gender biases and how you can create gender-equitable practices and a better work environment.

Gender role stereotyping - This bias is all about thinking that certain roles, tasks, or industries are better suited to one gender or the other. It leads to women getting overlooked for leadership positions or technical roles. To tackle this bias, start by gathering and analy on zing employee demographics and pay. Look for any differences between departments, seniority, and how long people stay in the company. You should also do pay audits to find out if there are any gender-based differences in how people are paid or promoted.

Maternal bias - Parental status shouldn’t affect income and career development, unfortunately, some people assume that moms (or potential moms) are less committed to their careers. This means they miss out on chances for growth, promotions, and better projects. To avoid this bias, create a work environment that values and supports working parents, whether they're moms or dads. Make it a safe space for open discussions about work-life balance, and don't assume someone's availability or dedication just because they have kids.

Performance evaluation bias - Sometimes, women's performance gets judged more harshly or held to higher standards compared to men, impacting their career progression. To fight this bias, try using blind evaluations and standardizing hiring procedures. Set clear expectations for performance and make sure everyone gets asked the same questions and rated based on predetermined criteria during interviews and performance reviews.

Gender equity isn't just about having enough women around. We gotta dig deep and fix our organizations to make them inclusive, flexible, supportive, and fair for women. Yes, biases are a fact of life, but they can change.

👻 We’ve all been there. Sometimes leads ghost, what can you do?

Actually- there ARE things you can do.

Check it out:
- Put follow-up dates in your calendar with reminder notifications
- Set meetings instead of just sending emails, emails can be ignored easily!
- Revaluate your closing process, could there be more touch points?

All three of these actions will create a noticeable difference in your communication. While you may not always close a lead, requesting feedback when you are met with rejection is a great way to find insights. Don’t be afraid to hear a “no,” it is an important part of business.

Did you see Shake Shack's recent immersive OOH (out-of-home) marketing campaign?

The campaign followed the recent trend of billboard-based marketing we're seeing. by planting QR codes on digital billboards throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. These QR codes then gave consumers the chance to win $2,000 and/or promo codes to be used at the chain.

Shake Shack tied this campaign back to their truffle-themed menu by encouraging consumers to go on a virtual hunt for these QR codes, and "dig" for the prizes on the landing page, just like you would for real-life truffles.

This recent campaign is a great example of how you can utilize billboard marketing if you're looking to reach on-the-go consumers while still keeping track of how effective your campaign is. Are you going to take advantage?

Having a CRM (customer-relationship-management) tool for your business plays a critical role in any business's success.

Since all CRMs are not created equal it's important to start by clearly defining your business objectives. With your business objectives in mind, create a list of features/functionalities your CRM must have. Additionally, make a list of other applications you need the CRM to integrate with (ex. GSuites, Zapier, Slack, Dropbox, etc).

With this information in mind, start reviewing CRMs and scheduling demonstrations to get a feel for the CRMs you're most interested in. Some important things to think about throughout your demo are:

- Whether customization is available or not
- Whether the user experience is intuitive and efficient or not
- If the CRM is scalable with additional advanced functionalities

All in all, there are hundreds of CRM options available. The most important thing to keep in mind when choosing a CRM for your business is to keep it simple. It's easier to start small and scale up as your business grows.

As your business grows, so should your eCommerce website!

Especially for eCommerce pages, it's normal you'll need to update your website to fit your new business needs.

Such was the case for Namuh. The original page Volt had built had only accounted for 3,000 items to be listed but as the brand's success grew, so did its product listing.

Now Namuh's digital properties consist of a page with 3 different databases to service 3 different physical stores and manage their warehouse.
