One year. We can’t believe it.

When we opened our doors, we knew it wouldn’t be easy. A grand opening followed by a major flood? That was nothing short of a miracle—and you made it one. But that wasn’t all. We were simultaneously closing the beloved Vespaio on South Congress (our home since 1998) and our newer baby, Chapulín Cantina, right next door. It was a heartbreaker and a whirlwind—doing everything at once while saying goodbye to a legacy and starting fresh.

But you showed up for us. You dined with us and became our friends and family. We persevered, and now we feel rooted.

Vespa Rossa means red wasp. It represents our years of dedication to scratch-made Italian food crafted with passion and precision. Now, with a Texas twist and a home in this beautiful Dripping Springs setting, we’re living our dream—and you’re part of it.

We hope to keep this legacy alive for many years to come.

The Greek Bar makes you want to cancel your plans for the rest of the evening. 🇬🇷☀️

Walk into The Greek Bar 🧿 and everything seems to slow down a little. Warm terra-cotta tile. Tiny marble tables. Woven chairs.
