You have about 18 months.
That's my guess for how long before AI fluency becomes table stakes.
Before "I don't really use AI" feels as ridiculous as saying "I don't really use email".
Right now, you can still get away with it.
You can still say "I'm exploring AI" and people nod politely.
But that window is closing fast.
I'm watching it happen in real time.
Six months ago, AI agents dropped.
And suddenly there were two types of entrepreneurs:
The Doer: Still using ChatGPT to help them write emails. Asking questions. Getting answers. Doing all the work themselves.
The Director: Using AI agents to execute 8-hour tasks in 4 minutes. Handing off research, analysis, planning. Working at a completely different level.
The gap between these two is exponential now.
And here's what keeps me up at night:
The Doer has no idea how far behind they are.
They think they're "using AI" because they open ChatGPT once in a while.
Meanwhile, The Director is operating with 20+ extra hours every week.
In 18 months, doers won't have businesses.
I'm not trying to scare you. I'm trying to help you get ahead.
That’s why on March 9-12, I'm running a free 4-day AI Challenge to get you from Doer to Director.
- Day 1: The AI Stack - stop using the wrong tools
- Day 2: Digital Brain - train any AI on you in 30 seconds
- Day 3: AI Agents - hand off tasks that used to take hours
- Day 4: Your Roadmap - future proof your business
15 minutes a day.
By Day 4, you'll be operating as a Director.
AI is coming whether you're ready or not.
The only question is: Are you going to master it, or are you going to be one of the people it replaces?
