Official Closure Statement – The Spartan IT Group, LLC

Effective immediately, The Spartan IT Group, LLC has been formally dissolved and will cease all business operations.

This decision, while deeply difficult, comes after months of reflection and challenges that have changed the direction of our journey. Though this chapter closes, the mission to serve, support, and give back does not end here.

Over the past years, The Spartan IT Group has been honored to stand beside clients, partners, and communities — working to build solutions, foster growth, and help those who needed support. For that, we are truly grateful.

While The Spartan IT Group will no longer continue, the values we stood for — integrity, service, and care — live on. Our focus now moves forward with The Realms of Asgard (TROA), where partnerships with the VFW, AFSP, and ongoing work with the VA and American Legion will continue the fight to and support Mission 22.

Thank you to all who trusted, believed, and stood with us. This is not an ending — it is the turning of a page.

We have initiated appropriate legal action to protect our company, our employees, and to ensure the continued security and stability of the small businesses relying on us.
