Brand development doesn’t start online. It starts in the room.

This morning I spent a few hours in one-on-one conversations with my team.
Not because it’s scalable—but because it’s necessary.

Here’s what I’m learning:

If the foundation shakes, everything breaks.

We want growth.
We want results.
We want ROI.

But we often skip the part that actually sustains it—
alignment.

A few reminders I’m leaning into right now:

• Branding at its finest starts in-house
If it breaks internally, you don’t build over it—you realign it.
