One thing I’m working on lately is finding balance while wearing all the hats…author PA, teacher, creator, reader, dreamer… and cant fodget, ADHD babe. 💖

Before the chaos of the day begins, I try to ground myself with the little things that help me feel like me: coffee, candles, crystals, tarot, and a few quiet moments with my journal. Trying to create a soft place before the world gets loud.
