✨ From logo evolution to neon palettes and cyberpunk grit, this research brief dives into what makes Vans off the wall and always on point.

⚡️Created as part of a class assignment, but I went full throttle with the aesthetic—because design shouldn’t feel like homework.

Not every storm makes noise. Some battles are waged in silence, still, heavy, and invisible. This design is a visual reminder that stillness isn’t weakness, and sometimes, the greatest act of strength is staying.

I designed this piece as part of a class assignment to capture the vibe of summer, and what’s more iconic than watermelon? From BBQs and beach days to backyard laughs, this fruit is summer.

This layout features a photo extension effect (also known as the out-of-bounds or photo bleed extension technique), where the design stretches the image beyond the frame to give it a more immersive, cinematic feel. 🎨

💡 I wanted the bold colors and nostalgic texture to bring out the simple joy of staying present and soaking in the sunshine.

🌈 Sweet, refreshing, and full of flavor, just like the season.
