Position: Concrete Coating & Epoxy Floor Installer
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

About the Work:
Concrete coatings and decorative overlays
Epoxy flake floor installation
Paver cleaning, sealing, and restoration
Stamped concrete recoloring and sealing

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
Experience in construction, flooring, painting, or similar fields preferred, but we will train the right person
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors
Comfort working with tools and equipment (grinders, sprayers, vacuums, etc.)

Becky brings over 20 years of experience in education and environmental outreach, and she’ll be sharing insights on local conservation efforts, native plants, and how we can all play a part in supporting a healthier ecosystem right here in Ocean County. She also co-leads the Jersey Shore Chapter of the Native Plant Society of NJ and is a passionate birder and advocate for wildlife-friendly landscaping.
