The Real 50 Over 50 Meet & Mingle is now a monthly tradition!

Last week, with just two days’ notice and zero formal plan, we hosted our first Real 50 Over 50 Meet & Mingle, and it was so good we’re making it a monthly gathering.

For November and December, we’ll meet on the 3rd Wednesday at noon ET (11/19 and 12/17).

Starting in January, the Meet & Mingle moves to the 4th Wednesday at noon ET.

These gatherings are open to everyone. If you’re part of The Real 50 Over 50, I’d love for you to be an ambassador. Invite women you know, whether you’ve been featured, joined a panel, or just felt inspired by the stories. This space is for you.

We’ll gather to celebrate where we’ve been, share what we’ve remembered about ourselves, and talk about the new chapters we’re stepping into.

💞 June 11th - features Dr. Tara Cousineau, clinical psychologist and author of “The Perfectionist’s Dilemma.” Dr. Tara draws on 20+ years of experience to help high achievers overcome perfectionism and self-criticism. She’s dedicated to helping people cultivate their inner worth and quiet their inner critic, something many women struggle with silently for decades.

🌎 June 18th - I’m talking with Pamela Thompson, BN, MSc., a Leadership & Transition Coach who’s lived and worked across five continents, including conflict zones. As the founder of Female Wave of Change Canada, Pamela supports mission-driven women at crossroads. Her “Art of Change Framework” emerged from her own experiences, helping women find inner peace as the foundation for creating peace in their world.

🔮 June 25th - you’ll meet Judy Kane, a PSYCH-K® facilitator who transforms limiting subconscious beliefs. After years as an IT manager, Judy now helps people “take out their head trash” - those beliefs formed by age 7 that still influence 95% of our behavior. She helps clients worldwide recognize they have the power to change their own barriers.
