It is so easy to get caught up in vanity metrics such as likes, but the truth is likes are truly just the tip of the iceberg. 🧊

Here are 3 other metrics that are wayyyyy more important.

Engagement Rate—It is very common to think that engagement is someone liking your posts. What it really adds up to is almost any interaction that occurs with your posts. Each social media platform tracks clicks, saves, views, and more. Some platforms calculate your engagement for you, while for others, you'll have to do manual calculations.🤓

Impressions—How many times was your content shown? By looking at this number, you can figure out which type of content is going the furthest and create more of it!

Conversion Rate - This is where goal setting becomes important. First, you need to determine what action you are considering a conversion. Are you trying to get website visits? Or Maybe Newsletter Subscribers? After you've decided on your goal pay close attention and adapt your strategy as needed.

There you have it a quick run down of a few metrics that are wayyyyyy more important than likes. Start paying more attention to these if you are trying to adapt and improve your strategies.
