Scanned a 150,000 SF Ryder Transportation Center in Warwick today… they’ll be converting this space into a high tech regional logistics hub. The full rebuild including moving walls, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler system, networking lines and more will be done remotely from the point cloud I created today. 👍

Just scanned another Anytime Fitness for renovations and rebranding. Today was Niantic CT, I have dozens more in RI, MA and CT to do.

Why do I scan businesses that are going to be renovated vs my real estate 3D tours? For Point Cloud Data! With my work all renovation and rebranding plans can be done remotely and never require anyone else to step foot in the space until it’s ready to go 👍

The result of 3D scanning is a point cloud, which is a collection of data points that represent the coordinates, colors, and sometimes other attributes of the scanned surface. Point clouds are often used for applications such as 3D modeling, CAD, reconstruction, visualization, analysis, measurement and more…
